# Current low-speed steering check, r472

The current viewer uses a normal yaw-rate cap of `1.15 rad/s` and a
turn-acceleration cap of `22 m/s²`. These are playability estimates, raised
from `0.95 rad/s` and `16 m/s²`; they are not values recovered from retail
vehicle physics.

In host Chrome on the packaged L4RA Route 450 drive, the 240SX started at rest
with heading `2.1561 rad`. A 2-second W hold brought it to `4.671 m/s`
(10.4 mph). A 0.9-second full-right input changed the heading to `1.0507 rad`
(a wrapped change of about `-63.3°`) and ended at `3.954 m/s` (8.8 mph). The
capture shows the car on the authored road, and Chrome reported no page or
console errors. Timer scheduling and the road-support speed guard can affect
this short maneuver, so it is a playability check rather than a calibrated
turn-circle measurement or retail comparison.
